Here's what to expect after you place an order — processing times, delivery estimates, and how tracking works.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.
Shipping rates & free shipping
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address. Orders over $50 qualify for free shipping. Any applicable taxes and duties are shown before you pay.
Delivery estimates
Typical delivery is 7–13 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Delivery windows are estimates provided by the carrier and aren't guaranteed. Remote areas may take longer.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door. If you haven't received tracking within a few days of ordering, check your spam folder or contact us.
Lost or delayed packages
If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, email support@snapledge.com with your order number and we'll help track it down or arrange a replacement.
